New shipper load board related improvements and tools are on the way. We’ve started a new phase of development after several months of user feedback and input. Along with this we have been developing better history and savings tracking as well as an upcoming tool to provide better community feedback for logistics providers.
More direct shippers are choosing ComFreight every day to get competitive bids on their lanes, shipments and recurring contractual freight moves. This means more RFPs and RFQs from small to mid-sized truckload and partial shippers every day.
ComFreight is supplementing the growth of our shipper user base with more options to get shippers faster rates, better bids and higher quality carriers and logistics companies to their freight and into their inbox or phone with improved alerts and rate confirmation capabilities.
Better messaging and communication on freight bids and quotes from our paying subscriber Freight Carrier and Broker users means better business decisions and faster bid acceptance and execution for our Shipper users.
Improvements are also on the way for our Rate Index tool which will be expanded to provide even more in-depth information on truckload rate trends in the US and also in busier lanes in Canada and cross border.
